Artsy & Co — Booking Terms
- Booking & deposit. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Dates are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Balance payment. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
- Travel. Coverage within Kuantan is included. Events outside Kuantan may incur travel and accommodation charges, quoted before the event.
- Delivery. Edited photos and films are delivered within 30–60 working days after the event via online gallery.
- Raw files. Raw (unedited) files are not included in any package.
- Postponement. One free date change is allowed with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations.
- Usage. Artsy & Co may use selected images for portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing before the event.
- Force majeure. In events beyond our control (illness, disaster), we will arrange a qualified replacement photographer or a full refund of the deposit.
- Meals & access. For full-day coverage, the client provides meals for the crew and ensures venue access for our team.
- Liability. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the package.
